As content makers, we sling blog posts like we think we know something about persuasive writing, but today, let’s remember the difference between snarkiness and sincerity, paycheck and purpose.
Martin clutched the speaker’s lectern and seemed to reset. I watched him push the text of his prepared remarks to one side.
