Senior Content Editor/Strategist: Collaborated with other members of the user experience design team to manage content migration project for college savings, trading, security, and “Why Fidelity?” sections of fidelity.com. Internet Strategist: Oversaw content strategy for the primary museum website, online store, and several subsites, with an eye to institutional style, SEO, and emerging technologies. Worked with individual departments to understand and address their online communication needs, including social media. Coordinated production of online projects from concept to launch. Reviewed content and user experience of Web and exhibit-based software initiatives.
