Defined content requirements and evolved product content strategy through audits and revision. Collaborated with experience designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to create the best possible experience for both travelers and B2B customers.

MullenLowe U.S., BOSTON, MA

Senior Content Manager: Applied the principles of content strategy and design to new digital initiatives for brands ranging from financial services to packaged goods. Worked with experience designers to research and assess these challenges and develop a plan to solve them. In addition, provided content expertise and support for ongoing digital maintenance on behalf of a roster of clients that included Google, CapitalOne, and the Department of Defense.

Internet Strategist: Oversaw content strategy for the primary museum website, online store, and several subsites, with an eye to institutional style, SEO, and emerging technologies. Worked with individual departments to understand and address their online communication needs, including social media. Coordinated production of online projects from concept to launch. Reviewed content and user experience of Web and exhibit-based software initiatives.

Online Content Editor: Coordinated, edited, and posted content for museum website, subsites, and selected interactive exhibit components.
