Senior Content Manager: Applied the principles of content strategy and design to new digital initiatives for brands ranging from financial services to packaged goods. Worked with individual departments to understand and address their online communication needs, including social media. Coordinated production of online projects from concept to launch. Reviewed content and user experience of Web and exhibit-based software initiatives.
