As content strategist for FlipKey and TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals, I authored an editorial style guide and messaging guideleines while working as the sole UX writer for both traveler and owner-facing websites.
For the product team, I oversaw the content needs for a complete redesign of the owner dashboard following the merger of three separate platforms. I also ran most of the email marketing strategy, contributed to the FlipKey travel blog, and coordinated all content for product delivery and translation.
